Each of our sarees is handwoven with love and care. We value your trust and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
๐น Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via:

Once approved, please ship the item back within 7 days of confirmation.
๐น Non-Returnable Items

Customized or fall-pico stitched sarees are not eligible for return.

Color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.

Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
๐น Exchange / Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect your returned saree, we will contact you. You may choose between:

Exchange โ for another saree of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer), or

Store Credit โ valid for 6 months for your next purchase.
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong product), weโll arrange pickup at no cost.

In all other cases, the customer will bear return shipping charges.

Our sarees are handcrafted by traditional artisans. Slight irregularities, weaving variations, or thread pulls are a hallmark of genuine handloom products and not considered defects.
